These terms apply to your use of topfurnish.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Topfurnish is operated by Omni Goods LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Michigan, USA (“Topfurnish”, “we”, “us”).

2. Products and pricing

We make every effort to show products, colors, materials and dimensions accurately. Natural materials such as wood, leather and linen vary, and screens display color differently, so small variations are not defects. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm shipment or delivery scheduling. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

5. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Unless stated otherwise on a product page, furniture is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper care, or natural variation in materials.

6. Use of the site

All content on this site, including images, text and logos, belongs to Topfurnish or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
